Yes. Designing your puzzle and exporting a 2K or 4K print file are free, with no account required. Ordering a physical, printed puzzle is an optional paid step.

How many photos can I put in one puzzle?

Up to 20 photos. You can also use a custom piece grid that's independent of your photos — for example, a 20×16-piece puzzle made from just four images.

What do I actually download?

Accepted Answer

A high-resolution PNG print file (2K or 4K on the long edge). Physical orders also generate an SVG vector cut file used to cut the puzzle pieces.

What puzzle connector shapes can I use?

Accepted Answer

Circle, square, pentagon, and hexagon. Outer borders are kept smooth with no connectors, and you can position or flip each interior connector individually.
